Clearing up the Confusion

 Clearing up the Confusion:

With the media reports, world economy and all of the mixed messages no wonder people are confused with the state of the current real estate market. The Canadian market remains strong and interest rates are holding and still at all time lows.

Let me clear up any confusion, I get asked this question a lot, “When is the best time to sell, is it a good time to buy?”

The market is always moving people are always moving up, moving down, relocating and Buying for the first time. Banks are extremely busy with mortgage pre-approvals and questions being asked as to how we can prepare to get into the real estate market. People are planning their next step in life.

Currently there is not enough inventory on the market, meaning less competition. Christmas is around the corner, (yes, I know..), and people are looking to be in their new home for the holidays or just after to start the New Year off. The serious Buyers are out there; they are particular and know what they want. Homes may take a little longer to sell than we have become accustomed to lately, but if a home is priced right and showing well, they are selling.

I would welcome the opportunity to sit with you and explain to you how I would work for you to successfully sell your home. I pride myself on being completely honest and forthcoming where your home would fit into the current market conditions based on price and presentation.
